Leah Fitzgerald’s entire career has been focused on protecting patients in health care. She started her career as a bedside labor and delivery nurse, which brings heightened expertise to the birth injury cases we handle. While no longer at the bedside, Leah is still a nurse at heart and approaches every client with compassion and empathy in her legal practice.
Leah also has extensive experience in health care risk management, giving her a deep understanding of health care systems and what happens when something goes wrong in a patient’s medical care. She believes health care systems need to be held accountable when they make an error and harm a patient. Leah’s combined medical and legal backgrounds allow her to be a strong advocate and helps drive meaningful results for our clients.
Leah is an avid reader and delights in a good book. In her spare time, Leah enjoys traveling and experiencing a new place in this vast world of ours.
