Experience

Kara Rahimi’s practice focuses on nursing home abuse and negligence. Her background as a former forensic pathology investigator, as well as being a cum laude law school graduate and associate law review editor, has made Kara integral in the forensic analysis of the complex medical/legal issues in the cases we handle.

Kara received her Bachelor of Arts degree in American Indian Studies at the University of Minnesota in December 1998. Upon graduation Kara took a job in a pathology office and eventually became a forensic investigator. After 7 years Kara decided to expand her knowledge base, so she went on to Hamline University School of Law, where she served as an associate editor on the law review.

As an authority on forensic medical analysis Kara has published her research methodology in Trial Magazine. She has also given presentations throughout the country on using technology to conduct medical research for the analysis of the latest literature dealing with complex medical issues.

Kara uses her thorough knowledge of the law and strong analytical skills to advocate on her clients’ behalf in the areas of personal injuries and professional malpractice. In recognition of her work, Kara has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.
