Description: We are seeking an exceptional associate attorney to join our mass tort group and represent plaintiffs in multi-district litigations (MDLs) and class actions. The ideal candidate for this position should possess stellar research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
· Perform research on a variety of complex legal issues
· Brief discovery, dispositive, pre- and post-trial motions, and appeals
· Draft discovery requests and responses
· Outline deposition and trial examinations
· Manage trial preparation and second-chair examinations
· Opportunities for increasing responsibilities, including argument, depositions, and trial
Qualifications:
· 1-5 years of experience required
· Federal clerkship preferred but not required
· Superior writing and research skills
· Excellent oral communication skills
· Demonstrated work ethic and passion for justice
· Commitment to excellence in all aspects of practice
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Mass tort, class action, and/or personal injury experience preferred but not required
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $180,000 depending on the experience level of the applicant. Additional year-end compensation is at the discretion of the firm’s Management Committee. Benefits include medical, dental, STD/LTD, life and AD&D, vision, 401K, and parking.
